Reef Magic Cruises - "MARINE WORLD":

All trips are subject to weather/tidal conditions. All prices and schedules quoted are subject to change without notice. Trips may be cancelled at the discretion of Reef Magic Cruises Pty Ltd. Cancellation fees may apply.

Whitsunday Crocodile Safari:

All cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of date of travel are non refundable. Booking dates can be changed, without penalty, subject to availability. If a tour is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of the operator, a full refund will be provided, or the opportunity to change the booking date.

Bums On Seats Tours:

Bookings cancelled within 5 days of tour departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee - no refund. Transfer to a new travel date may be available at the discretion of the tour operator.

Qtour Australia:

Any tour cancelled within 24 hours of departure or failure to show at the pickup point will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Whitsunday Jetski Tours:

Cancellations made after 6pm the night before tour or 'no show' may incur a 50% charge.

Northern Experience Eco Tours:

Less than 24 hours prior to departure will result in the loss of a 100% of the tour costs. Less than 48 hours prior to departure will result in the loss of a 50% of the tour costs.
