Under Down Under Tours:

Under Down Under may charge the following fees if you cancel your booking before departure; 30 days or more: 25% of fare. 8 to 29 days: 50% of fare. 0 to 7 days, or no show: 100% of fare. Fees up to $100 may be charged for booking amendments. Mt Wellington Descent cancellations within 7 Days: 25% of fare, within 48 -24 hours: 50% of fare, within 24 hours or no show: 100% of fare. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended with sufficient coverage to cover loss or damage to property, illness, injury or cancellation. All travellers under the age of 18 years, must travel with a legal guardian. Throughout the tour, Under Down Under Tours guides will take photos which may include you. We may wish to use those photos for promotional purposes. By joining the tour, you acknowledge and agree that we or our agents may take photos of you and you consent to us using images of you taken during the tour for our advertising and promotional purposes in any medium we choose. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable licence to use such images for publicity and promotional purposes. If you don't wish to take part, please inform your guide at the start of your tour. We will not use any image containing persons under the age of 18 years at the time of tour.

Autopia Tours:

Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made, Autopia Tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours. Accredited Bus Number: AC003612 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 2 to 7 days of departure prior to departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; failure to board or cancellation within 48 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture. Autopia Tours will not be held responsible for passengers failing to familiarise themselves with the booking terms and conditions.

Gray Line Sightseeing Day Tours - Tasmania:

Cancellation fees of 50% may apply for a tour cancelled within 72 and 24 hours of travel. Cancellation fees of 100% may apply to a booking cancelled within 24hrs of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on. Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
